Artist Inspiration

The Cube is a real scupture which I have immersed into the beauty of the landscape across Western Australia. The Cube found its home inside the old burnt out tree trunk approx a year after catastrophic fires burnt through the Boranup Forrest in our Southwest of the State / Margaret River Wine Region and the image also resonates with natural rejuvination after disaster occurs, with everything coming back to life and the beautiful contrast of past and present.

Surealism of the sculpture swinging in the middle of the forrest to take your mind to a place of imagination and feeling of anything is possible. Nature meets sculpture as a thoughtform.
